General Shipping Information

Orders will be processed and shipped in 5-7 business days. Standard shipping is UPS and should arrive in 2-5 business days from date of shipment depending on final location. All orders include tracking information.

Orders over $150 ship free in the U.S.

Holidays/Delays

Shipments and deliveries may be delayed during holidays. If there is a delay for high volume orders or holidays, the customer will receive communication via email. 

Damages

POP! Needle Arts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the mail carrier directly and email Martha at POPneedlearts@gmail.com and save the packaging material and damaged goods.
